What happens after I send an enquiry through this page?

One of our advisers reads your message and replies by email, usually within two working days, to arrange a short call. That first call is a conversation about your situation, with no obligation and no pressure to proceed.

Do you work with companies that are not yet on the cloud?

Yes. A good number of our clients are still running on-premises or on a single legacy warehouse. We help you plan the move in stages, so you are not forced into one large and risky migration.

Which platforms do you advise on?

We work across the major cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks and Redshift, along with the orchestration and transformation tools around them. The right choice depends on your team and workload, not on a vendor preference.

Can you work alongside our existing data team?

Often that is exactly the arrangement. We can provide strategy and architecture leadership while your engineers handle delivery, or step in for a defined piece of work such as a cost review or platform migration.

How is your advisory work priced?

Most engagements are a fixed fee for a defined piece of work, such as a platform review or a roadmap, with day rates for longer support. We set out the scope and cost in writing before anything begins.

Is my enquiry treated as confidential?

Yes. Everything you send us is treated as confidential and is only seen by the people who need to read it to respond. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive.
